We offer a variety of inventory to choose from, with our parcels ranging between 5 and 80 acres. Past Projects

Dilley Ranch
Canon City, CO: featured 35+ acre parcels including heavily wooded parcels and parcels with some great red rock canyons and bluffs on them. Less then one mile away was access to thousands of acres of BLM recreation land, which included the famed Shelf Road recreation area.

Eagle Ranch
Pueblo, CO: is located just south of the city, Eagle Ranch offered Pueblo commuters plenty of elbow room - and room for horses, too. Also available were many trails for your jeep or ATV enjoyment. One hundred and fifty, 35+ acre ranches were sold between 2000 and 2004.

Hatchet Ranch
Pueblo, CO: fronts I-25 south of Pueblo. It was the site our our headquarters from its initial offering in 1996, through its sell out in 1999, until we relocated to downtown Pueblo in 2007. The ranch's 20,000 acres created three hundred and eighty, 40+ acre ranches.

Majors Ranch
La Veta, CO: was initially offered in 1995 and sold out in 1997. It's 20,000 acres in the foothills provided one hundred and eighty-one (181) 40+ acre ranches. Buyers came from New Mexico, Texas, and the Front Range of Colorado.

Masters Ranch
Grand Junction, CO: was our first project on the Western Slope. We enjoyed a record-setting Grand Opening in September 2006, selling 50+ parcels in one day. Fifty-seven (57) 35+ acre ranches were created from 2,600 total acres. The last parcel sold in January 2007.

Red Creek Ranch
Pueblo, CO: was our first project in Colorado and one of the first ranches developed in Pueblo County. Initially offered in 1994 and sold out in 1996, the community offered two hundred (200) 40+ acre ranches and a total size of 20,000 acres. Most of the buyers came from the Front Range of CO.

Saint Charles River Estates
Pueblo, CO: was our first "cluster" development in Colorado. We offered sixty-four, 5+ acre homesites created from 645 acres along with an 1,800 acre community open space. The property runs along the Saint Charles River. The property was initially offered in 2001 and sold out in 2004.
