Red Creek Land was incorporated in 1994. We are a wholesale land company that specializes in purchasing, developing, and marketing large ranches in Colorado. We have the ability to purchase properties outright or work with individuals or institutions to assist them in selling their properties.

Since our inception, Red Creek Land has marketed over 100,000 acres of land. We are interested in properties ranging from 3500 acres to 20,000 acres depending on its location, access and other criteria. Red Creek land company has over 30 years of experience which we can utilize to develop, market and sell all types of property for all types of clients.

Management Team

President

Joe O'Brien has 28+ years of experience in land development. He has worked all over the United States and on a broad variety of property types, including timber properties and properties with complex rights issues.

Mr. O'Brien has been responsible for overseeing Red Creek Ranch with regard to acquisition, development and marketing of over 120,000 acres with sales totaling over $125 million. Red Creek Ranch develops large ranches for recreational purposes. He has developed numerous different types of ranches in Colorado and Missouri. Many of Red Creek Ranch's projects require knowledge in not just marketing larges ranches but also experience in grazing management plans, water and mineral rights and many other complex issues that are unique to the West. Recently, Red Creek Ranch has started a new real estate brokerage company, Trails End Realty, concentrating on listing unique ranch properties that exist in Colorado and surrounding states.

 

Vice President of Sales

Matt relocated to Pueblo from Maine in 2001 to join Red Creek Land Company as a Land Consultant. In 2003, Matt was promoted to the position of Vice President of Sales and now leads our team of Land Consultants. He lives in Pueblo, CO with son, Wyatt, and daughter, Katahdin.
